Attendance, Leave, & People Management
Manafa adopted Resourceinn’s attendance and leave management system to eliminate the back-and-forth between their employees, managers, and HR. Through employee self-service (ESS) tools across web and mobile apps, they empowered their employees to request leave directly in the system.
Managers approved from their dashboard while the HR had complete, real-time visibility. Custom policies that Manafa had developed over years, their specific requirements, exceptions and rules, were built into the system without compromise.
