Our Implementation Process

The very first step in the implementation process is Portal Access. You will provide us the access to your portal through URL and for this, we may need your subdomain (name of your company).

Let’s suppose there is a subdomain named Alibaba. Now this subdomain will be combined with resourceinn.com and will work as alibaba.resourceinn.com.

After successful portal access the organization of our client is registered on our software.

In order to achieve a successful implementation process, we do it in phases and for that purpose we may require:

Implementation Stages

Below are the following 8 stages of Resourceinn implementation process:

1. Company:

Whenever a new client partner with Resourceinn the very first step is the registration of his/her organization that is achieved by a successful portal access. The purpose of registration is to add Locations, Areas, Branches, Departments, Designations, Job Titles, Grades, Groups etc.

2. Employee Data:

25%

After we have gone through the registration process, the next step is your Employee’s data migration that contains employee details employee full name, employee gender, employee date of birth etc.

3. Time Slot & Roster:

37.5%

In this phase of implementation, we take your employee shifts and assign them to your employees. There are two ways to assign shifts to your employees.

 

  1. By manual entry from the portal.
  2. By using excel sheet to migrate data.

4. Leave Policies:

Your company may have its own leave policies, so we implement your leave settings and assign those to your employees.

5. Employee Request:

We implement your company approval flows for multiple requests like leave, missed attendance, expense, loan & advances, official duty etc.

7. Financial Implementation:

In this phase, we implement the data of your finance department that may include employee banks, their salaries, opening balances for tax calculations, your salary break down, deductions and encashment policies to run with payroll.

8. HR Training:

This is the last phase of implementation, where we train your HR HOD to Run every process on Resourceinn i.e., how to do recruitment, how to evaluate employee’s performance of the company and similarly all of the other modules.
